FROM GRASSspace: Please note, I don't know what a [legally] registered CD is. What I do know is that paying mechanical royalties to reproduce a CD covers only the CD production. It does not cover Digital Distribution which music-on-demand, like is offered on this site, requires. In order to web broadcast tracks from this CD that are covered by agencies like BMI and ASCAP, someone has to pay the additional Royalty. Artists need to know these things and our attempts to educate seem to have irritated this band. No offense intended guys, we didn't make the law.
