OK, now this is the first Blog I have ever started, but I am looking for other Bluegrass Bass Players out there who might share tips, experiences, etc. to newbies like myself.  I have only been playing for a year and am tired of listening to videos and playing by myself.  Next Step?  Finding someone in Western Carolina and particularly in the Hendersonville area who might welcome an upright Bass player in their midst.

I love traditional Bluegrass, have a decent voice (tenor mostly) would love to meet other bass enthusiasts to share ideas, licks, and musical ideas.
