Hi my name is Dustin and I play fiddle and a little mandolin. I've played with people like Gary Waldrep and Kelli Johnson. I love newgrass (Nickel Creek, Alison Krauss, etc.)

Good vocals and harmony, awesome instrumentalists, originality, personality, talking with the fans!

If you can't sing or play then just sit back and listen.

fiddle, reading, writing, photography, family

Hi Dusty Lynn,

Thanks for coming on board! No matter your age or gender...just remember what Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was told at the age of 8..."He'll never be as good as his father!" Whos name do we remember today! Keep playing and never let someone stand in your way! Hope to meet you down the road sometime! Have a great one!

Thanks for the kind words about our band. The guys I pick with are super talented. I'm glad you liked us. Do you have any recordings? I'd like to hear you.

Thanks Dusty Lynn! I'm gonna try to get some on there soon! I have to find out what public domain is,, I have been turned down on some,  the artist is dead and everybody has recorded them, but don't seem that I was right. I will be trying to add asap! Thanks for asking.

That's definitely a good thing to realize early on (that money is not the most important).  Some people spend their whole lives searching for more money and all the things they can get (that must be a sorry existence!).  All they need to realize that what they need is Jesus.  And a good instrument or two don't hurt, huh?  But anyway, I hope to make a living playing music, and I hope that works out for you too.  I never really liked manual labor!  Good to have you as a friend, "Dusty".  God bless.

Jonathan

Thanks for the "add" or whatever it's called.  You said in "Hobbies" that fiddlin' doesn't earn money, and I think that's true with bluegrass in general.  In fact, they say that in order to be a millionaire in bluegrass you have to start with 2 million.  Thanks again and God bless.

Jonathan

Thanks for the add. It looks like the future of bluegrass is in great hands.
