Call me and I'll tell ya'......O.K., Here's a clue. If it sounds like crap, I wont listen till you fix it. Don't matter if it's a story, a banjo, a race motor, or your voice. But if I like what I'm hearing, you have my complete, undivided attention.

Good "Girl banjo players"-Tight harmony singing-Solid rhythm guitar playing-A "killer" g-run-A true 4 note mando chop-The feel of a 4 lb.+ largemouth bass on the other end-Old fiddle players-Dead on double stops-Grass in the rut-"b" chord-Small block Chevy's bumpin' the chip at 7700-I'll think of more later....

Instruments out of tune-Voices out of tune-People with bad or no timing-All of the generic mandolin, guitar, and banjo players that have no playing style of their own-People with bad breath and poor personal hygene-Phonies-Braggarts-Kids that wear their pants too low-I'll think of more later....

Family-Friends-Bluegrass Music-Bass Fishing-Motorsports-Turkey Hunting-My new Grandson that will soon be here-Oh!!! And did I mention Bluegrass Music?

Good talking to you at the Dixon festival. I never had a chance to talk to Janice. I really enjoyed listening to you guys jam. I enjoyed that as much as some of the festival, but I alway like watchin Robbie make it look so easy on the 5 string.

Great to meet you at Starvy Creek. For some reason it did not register with me at first  who you are, thats why so many people knew you at the festival. Do you remember Rick Outersky from the Smithville festivals, been awhile back. He a good friend of mine and the banjo player in the band we were in, trying to get it back together.

It was mashed this past weekend in Cochran, GA, when I had to fill in on bass with Kohrs.  Dry and dusty, but a bunch of jamming and good groceries.

Me and big Aaron got to Ralph's festival Thursday to play behind Jim Lauderdale and then again on Friday south of Knoxville.

I hope we get to do North to Alaska with Jack Cooke!  That WOULD be the mash!

I hope all is well with you and yorn!

As if we didn't have enought distractions from the music as it is.....SON!

I suspect we need to keep up...good talking yesterday.  I been mashing bass with the Kohrs music for about 1.5 hours this evening.
