Where do I get the Contact Panel

I noticed that alot of you have a contact panel on your pages just under your picture that has the email button and ask to be a friend. In can't find where to add this to my page. And where are ya'll getting the neat backgrounds. I know on myspace there are sites that you go to to get neat designs, but haven't found them for this site.

05/25/2007 08:27:46 To edit your background, go to Settings, then Profile Theme and choose the theme you want to use for the entire site. Then, from there you should be able to edit your personal profile and make it look however you want; add bkgrnd pics, change color, change text, etc. I think that is how you do it, I honestly can't remember exactly, but I hope this helps. It's kind of a long, annoying process.
