Still Rambling

I put new strings on the boys little Martin and he picked his guitar with me for a good while last night. He's not nearly as good on the guitar as he is on the mandolin but it's challenging to him so he's more interested right now. We just picked, not much was said and it was fun. We played the normal stuff,Blackberry Blossom,Red Haired Boy,Salt Creek,ect. Kinda like when he was 7.

   I went into a new guitar shop yesterday in Brevard NC. It was a really nice little shop with a lot of high end intruments. They carried Breedlove, Larrivee',M.Kelly and a few more. The guy that owned was a nice fellow but dang he's picky about his guitars. He takes it off the rack,tunes it,puts some little pads on the front,lays a towel across your lap.....just to strum one a little. I got a chucke out of it.
