Houston Jones is a California based high-octane Americana quintet. Founded in 2001 as a duo by vocalist and guitarist Travis Jones and guitar wizard Glenn "Houston" Pomianek, the duo added the talents of classically trained cellist Chris Kee on Bass, and percussionist Peter Tucker on drums. Three of the band members are former members of the popular band The Waybacks.
Joining the band as special guests on many of their performances are, on fiddle and mandolin, Chojo Jacques, and on keyboard and accordion, Henry Salvia.
