I loved the History of Bluegrass (you reckon?) Now, I generally like
horse stories... how-to books, stuff like that. I just read a great book called Little House on the Planet and it was all about sustainable housing and living within your means, and living in less house but more home... I like that a lot. |

Co-owner of the Bluegrass Journal newspaper with my best pal, Dave Russell... and I absolutely adore it... hard work at times, but so nifty and fun..., web editor of about 40+ websites including BuckeyeBluegrass.com, BluegrassKids.com, MichiganBluegrass.com and many more. Homeschooling parent, writer, creative type. Really like the color purple. (g) I play in a cool new band called Deepwater Bluegrass and I'm really excited about that. (Jeff says I have "Bandhead" and he's right... I do!!!!!)

Bluegrass of course. Playing in our band, Deepwater, and picking with all my bluegrass friends. Doing what I love for a living... graphic arts and desiging and running Westvon Publishing with my best pal, Dave... it's a dream come true. Homeschooling my two lovely daughters and watching them grow into wonderful mini-adults... that's a great joy in my life. I'm seeking contentment in my life and I'm not too far away from it. I'd like to see the company grow ever stronger and self-sufficient to take care of us when we get old! (g) I want to keep working on cool bluegrass publishing things with Dave till we're too old to pick and just have to sit on the porch and clap along with the youngin's... Of course, we'll still keep publishing! (g)

People that settle for something in life that really doesn't suit them... that's sad. Situations that cause people heartache and drama pain, I'm not too fond of that either. You need a little bit of everything in life to flavor it, but sometimes, it's just too overwhelming. I'm not that fond of sedans, either. (gg) Even though I currently have one. |
